Every MyMotoTag is hand-made to order in the UK. Because your tag is stitched from scratch just for you, please allow time for production as well as delivery.
- Order & review: you design and pay at checkout; within 24 hours we review your order to confirm it can be stitched (and contact you if anything needs adjusting).
- Production: your tag is then stitched and hand-checked.
- Delivery: typically 5–7 business days, sent on a tracked UK service.
- Free UK shipping on orders over £50.
Timescales are estimates and can vary at busy periods or for complex artwork. We'll always keep you posted by email.
Returns & Refunds
Custom, made-to-order items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Every tag is personalised and stitched specifically for you, so it can't be resold or restocked.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel. By approving your proof and paying, you confirm you understand your tag is a bespoke item made just for you.
Please check your design carefully
You design your tag and pay for it at the point of order. We then review every order before stitching. If we spot something that genuinely can't be made, we'll contact you to adjust it, or cancel and refund you before production begins.
Because the tag is built from exactly what you submitted, responsibility for the spelling, wording, names, numbers, colours, layout, size and hardware choice rests with you. Please read your design over closely before you order — we cannot offer a refund or remake for errors that were present in the design you submitted and paid for.
Handmade means each tag is unique
Your tag is woven and embroidered by hand, not printed. This is part of what makes it special, but it also means the finished item will not be a pixel-perfect match of the on-screen preview. The following are a normal part of a handmade embroidered product and are not considered faults or grounds for a refund:
- Slight differences in stitch placement, alignment or registration compared with the digital preview.
- Minor variation in thread density, texture and how letters or artwork sit within the tag.
- Colour differences. Thread colours are matched as closely as possible, but screens display colour differently and dye lots vary, so shades may not be exact.
- Small variation in overall size, border width and shape within normal manufacturing tolerance.
- How fine detail, small text or intricate artwork reproduces — very small or highly detailed elements may be simplified during stitching.
- Natural differences in the weave, edge finish and hardware from one tag to the next.
The on-screen designer and 3D preview are a representation of your tag, not an exact photographic reproduction of the final stitched product.
If something is genuinely wrong
We hand-check every tag before it ships. In the rare case your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from your approved proof, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos. Where we agree there's a genuine manufacturing fault or error on our part, we'll arrange a free remake or a refund at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.
Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible after ordering. We can cancel and refund in full any time before your tag goes into production. Once stitching of your bespoke item has begun we're unable to cancel or refund, as the work is already underway.
Track Your Order
We email you at every stage — design confirmation, proof to approve, and a tracked dispatch notification with your tracking link once your tag is on its way.
